From there, I draw on a range of holistic tools. These may include divination practices to uncover hidden patterns, intuitive insights to guide your path, or the selection of homeopathic remedies aligned with your emotional and physical state. We may also explore simple, nourishing shifts in diet or lifestyle that support your healing journey.
